A-Frame Lodge

The A-Frame Lodge is a luxury certified modular home by Zook Cabins, designed for permanent placement on a prepared foundation. Built in Zook's Pennsylvania facility and engineered to your state and local building codes, this is a true site-delivered residence — not a park model RV. Delivery, set-up, and crane charges are included in pricing.

The Lodge features a steep A-frame architecture with expansive floor-to-ceiling glass windows in the great room gable, soaring cathedral ceilings throughout, and an open-concept main living area. Exterior cladding is Nordic Spruce Lunawood vertical shiplap (thermally modified wood) with hidden nails, paired with black exterior trim and black operating windows. Interior finishes include stained wood accent beams, a large picture window over the kitchen, and a generous deck space that extends the living area outdoors.

Standard configuration is 30' × 40' (1,200 sq ft), with a 30' × 48' option available. The kitchen is integrated into the open living space with top-of-the-line appliances and ample counter space. Insulation is engineered to exceed local code R-values. The Lodge is built by Amish craftsmen as part of Zook's modular line, with the same hand-finishing standards Zook has applied across 500+ cabins since 2006.

As a certified modular home, the A-Frame Lodge qualifies for conventional and construction-to-permanent financing in most jurisdictions, and may be permitted as a primary residence subject to local zoning.
