This 28′ tiny house has a popular loft flat floor design and a floor width of 9′ 6″. It features a spacious interior with a standard single light entry door, a residential kitchen with ample cabinets and countertop space, a standard stainless steel range, microwave/rangehood and fridge, and the option for appliances like a dishwasher and garbage disposal.

The shed roof provides an open feel with 80″ tall windows, a flex room with multiple uses, a full-sized bathroom with a 60″ shower, sink, vanity, medicine cabinet and toilet, and a prepped area for a washer/dryer. Access to the primary loft is possible with various staircase options, and eating/workspace can be added with a Murphy style table or double leaf extension table. This tiny house offers a fully functional living space.
