ModelTown's take

Most models have a posted base price, but delivery, site prep and options are extra

ESCAPE sells finished RV tiny houses straight from its Wisconsin plant, with no dealers. Its 2026 price list runs from $39,440 for the eBoho GO to $148,720 for the Ultimate. Those are base prices with standard items. Options, delivery and your site work add to the total.

There are two ways to buy. You can order an ESCAPE model with the options you want, which ESCAPE says takes 60 to 130 days from funding. Or you can buy an all-electric e-model, which ESCAPE builds ahead and sells from its sale page. E-models can't be ordered or changed once finished.

ESCAPE units are RVs, not houses. That shapes permits, taxes, financing and where you can live in one.

Worth exploring if

  • You want a finished tiny house on wheels with a posted price. ESCAPE lists a base price for most models on its website and in its 2026 brochure.
  • You need a home soon. ESCAPE says it often has units in stock or in production, and its e-models are built ahead to sell from its sale page.
  • You plan to place it in an RV park or rent it out. ESCAPE says no permits are needed in RV parks and many other places, but this varies.

Clarify before committing

  • Your full price. Base prices cover standard items only. Options, delivery and site work are extra, and ESCAPE quotes delivery by model, options and address.
  • Which price list is current. ESCAPE's website and 2026 brochure don't always match. For example, the brochure lists the Traveler XLS at $112,235 on one page and $112,890 on another.
  • Where you can live in it. ESCAPE says its units are RVs meant mainly for recreational or seasonal use, not permanent homes. Check local rules first.

Beyond the listing

Built and titled as an RV

ESCAPE says its units are RVIA inspected and certified to the NFPA 1192 standard for recreational vehicles. They are not manufactured or modular homes. ESCAPE says they are titled with the state and get a yearly tag instead of property tax. Lenders, insurers and zoning offices treat RVs differently from houses, so ask each one early.

What you handle on your site

ESCAPE delivers with its own trucks to sites in the continental US that its trucks can reach. It says you handle site prep and utility hookups. The pad must be level and firm, such as concrete, blacktop or compacted gravel. A straight approach should be at least 10 to 12 feet wide with 15 feet of height clearance.

Ordered units, e-models and payment

Ordered ESCAPE models take 60 to 130 days from funding, per ESCAPE. E-models are all-electric production units sold only from the sale page. ESCAPE offers a cash discount on new builds, which it says averages $2,000 and can reach $5,000 depending on the model. The discount doesn't apply to sale-page units. ESCAPE gives a 2-year warranty.
