Granville 6

The Granville 6 is a 600 sq ft 2-bedroom prefabricated modular home — Hewing Haus's most family-ready compact model. Delivered in two modules and crane-set onto a prepared foundation, it's designed for couples, small families, or two-bedroom rental placement. Built at Hewing Haus's Chilliwack, BC facility using cross-laminated timber (CLT) construction.

The layout includes 2 bedrooms, a separate living room with an 8-foot sliding glass door, a dedicated dining area, a full kitchen, a flex space suitable for office or guest use, and a 3-piece bathroom. Two 8-foot sliding glass doors and large windows fill the home with natural light. The kitchen comes equipped with electric cooktop, oven/microwave combo, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Cedar vertical cladding, environmentally friendly insulation, and LED lighting throughout reflect Hewing Haus's focus on sustainable, low-impact building.

All Hewing Haus homes are CSA A277 certified and built to be expandable and customizable — with off-grid options including full solar, woodstove, propane stove, composting toilet, and rainwater collection. From order to delivery typically takes as little as 12 weeks.
