The 12' x 36' plan accommodates a full kitchen, full bathroom, separate bedroom, and a stair-accessed sleeping loft sized for a queen bed, making it suited for backyard ADUs, getaway cabins, short-term rentals, or small primary residences for individuals and couples.

What sets the Nest apart from comparably-sized tiny home plans is the level of finish detail Nanabode has specified. The exterior uses Richlite cladding (recycled paper and resin — fire-resistant, durable, and recyclable) and Thermory thermally modified siding (chemical-free certified timber). The interior pairs Fibo wall panels with a natural oak finish over high-end luxury vinyl plank flooring, while the kitchen features Whirlpool induction cooking, panel-ready dishwasher, and Richlite solid-surface countertops.
