The Studio Nanapod is a versatile, compact living space designed for use as a private retreat, home office, or short-term rental. Thoughtfully crafted with the same high-quality standards and specifications as the larger Nanapod 430, this unit offers both functionality and style in a smaller footprint.
With 288 square feet of ground area and a 76 square foot loft, the studio features a kitchenette, full bathroom, and an open-concept living space. A loft above provides additional room for sleeping or storage, accessible via a space-saving stair design. Measuring 12 by 24 feet and standing 13 feet tall, the Studio Nanapod can also be paired with the Nanapod 430 to create a multi-bedroom configuration, making it an ideal solution for flexible living or guest accommodations.
Our mission is to deliver cost-effective, eco-friendly homes that empower owners, invigorate cities, and ignite positive change. We donate a portion of all proceeds directly to charities that support our homeless population. Nanabode was founded by architects with decades of experience designing custom homes and backyard houses. We came to realize that we can make an impact on the nation’s housing shortage by promoting and educating homeowners on the benefits of adding a secondary dwelling unit to their property. By selling our pre-designed plans online we can offer more affordable prices for our fully developed designs.
