Inside, you'll find a full kitchen, a well-appointed bathroom, and a private bedroom, all crafted to make the most of the available space.
Smart storage solutions are seamlessly integrated throughout, including a compact stairway with built-in cubbies and washer/dryer hookups that leads to a cozy loft spacious enough to accommodate a queen-sized bed. With a footprint of 12 by 36 feet and a height of 13 feet, the Nanapod 430 blends modern design with efficient use of space, making it a versatile and elegant choice for minimalist living.
Our mission is to deliver cost-effective, eco-friendly homes that empower owners, invigorate cities, and ignite positive change. We donate a portion of all proceeds directly to charities that support our homeless population. Nanabode was founded by architects with decades of experience designing custom homes and backyard houses. We came to realize that we can make an impact on the nation’s housing shortage by promoting and educating homeowners on the benefits of adding a secondary dwelling unit to their property. By selling our pre-designed plans online we can offer more affordable prices for our fully developed designs.
